Being in Munnar is something I never get tired of, even when the mist is so thick you can't see the road in front of you. Vishnu Devi Agencies is at 192, Krishna Nagar. It’s a quiet part of town compared to the main tourist spots, which suits us just fine. The air is always a bit damp and cool here. Our office is a simple building with a small porch out front. I spend most of my time there, checking through invoices or talking on the phone. Krishna Nagar is a nice community. We know our neighbors and they know we are the ones running the agency at number 192. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just a small plate with the name on it. Working in Munnar means things move a little slower sometimes, especially when the weather gets bad and the roads are slippery. We’ve had this agency for a few years now. It started as just a small idea and grew into our daily job. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the state. We just want to do a good job for the people who rely on us here. Usually, I’m the first one in and I make sure the place is swept before we start. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and files.
