You can find us down Gali Raghunandan in Naya Bans, right at Shop No-10. It’s one of those narrow lanes where you really have to watch your step because of all the handcarts moving past. We’ve been operating from 2650/2 for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with heavy bags and crates. It’s dusty work, and the heat in the summer can be a bit much, but we get through it. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just the shop where everything happens. People come to us when they need supplies for their crops or their own businesses. We know our way around the different varieties we keep in stock. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We talk to farmers and traders who have been coming to this area for years. Sometimes the delivery arrives late because of the traffic in Old Delhi, which is always a headache for us. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. The space is small, so we have to be smart about how we stack things up to the ceiling. It's a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when a lot of stock arrives at once. We just do the work and go home. It’s just how it is. We keep things simple and get the orders out as fast as we can.
