Our office is tucked away in the DDA Shopping Complex over in Naraina Vihar. We actually have two units, A-11 and A-18, so there is usually someone running back and forth between them during the day. Being right on the Ring Road makes it easier for the trucks to get in and out, though the traffic there is always a bit of a nightmare. We have been handling transport and logistics for quite some time now. It is mostly about coordination. You spend half your day on the phone checking where a driver is or if a load has been picked up yet. We do not have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It is just a workspace for people who get things moved. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it eventually. We handle a lot of different types of cargo. Some days it is easy, while other days there is a delay somewhere that throws everything off. That is just how the transport business goes. We stay busy because there is always something that needs to be somewhere else. If you are looking for us, the complex is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. We are usually here from early morning until the last few tasks are finished. It is a lot of logistical juggling, but it is what we know. We do not put on a show; we just work.
