You can find Shivoy Travel at Building No U.G. 19 in Vishwa Sadan. We are located in Janakpuri, right near the District Center, which is usually a very crowded and busy area. Our office is on the upper ground floor, so it’s easy for people to walk in when they are out running errands. It’s a pretty basic setup with a few desks and chairs for customers to sit while we look up prices for them. We spend a lot of time on travel websites and calling up hotels or airlines to see what the best options are. It’s not always a smooth process, especially when a flight gets canceled or someone changes their mind at the last minute. We just try to handle it as it comes. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how a travel agency works. We’ve been here in Janakpuri for a while now, and we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. We don’t try to act like a huge corporation. We’re just a local travel shop where you can sit down and talk about your trip. Sometimes we share a joke with the customers while waiting for a booking to confirm. It’s just the daily life of running a small travel business near the Dist. Center. We keep things simple and try to help people get where they want to go without any extra stress.
