We are over here in Hari Nagar, specifically in Block G on Jail Road. Most people know the spot because we’re right across from that Indian Oil petrol pump, the Satya Service Station. If you turn into Lane-9 at G-154, that's where you'll find us. We handle a lot of the air travel stuff for people around this part of Delhi. It gets busy sometimes, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now. People come in with all sorts of questions about flights and tickets. Sometimes they just want to know how to get from point A to point B without a headache. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, it's just a practical space where we work. We focus on the tickets and the travel plans. It's mostly just us sitting at the desks handling the bookings. If you are walking down Jail Road, you might miss the turn if you aren't looking for the lane number. The petrol pump is the best way to find us. We don't do a lot of advertising, mostly just people who live nearby or word of mouth. It works for us. We just want to get the job done right so people can go on their trips. We handle domestic flights and international ones too. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking screens, but that is what the day looks like for us here at Universe Air Travels India. We've got our routine down and we just keep at it day after day.
