Neelam Exim International

We are set up at B-12/22 in Gaurav Tower, right by the PVR in Vikaspuri. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the cinema is. Neelam Exim International is a small operation. We spend our days mostly looking at spreadsheets and talking to freight forwarders. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going for movies or shopping. Our office is tucked away, so it’s a bit quieter once you get inside. We have a small staff, just four of us actually. We do a lot of international trade work, which means a lot of checking and re-checking documents. Errors are a pain to fix later, so we try to be careful. The AC in the office is a bit moody, sometimes it’s freezing and sometimes it barely works. We just bring sweaters. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything like that. Just standard office furniture and a lot of coffee mugs. Vikaspuri is a good neighborhood, and we’ve made some good friends with the other shop owners in the tower. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just take the orders, find the best way to ship them, and make sure the paperwork is in order. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the week's work, but that's part of the job.
