Because of the temple nearby, we often hear the bells and the sounds of people visiting, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit different from a standard industrial area. The streets here are usually quite packed with cars and bikes, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the export details. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of empty boxes tucked into the corners. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Most of our morning is spent on the phone or checking through lists of items that need to go out. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know who is supposed to be doing what without having to say much. When the weather gets hot, the fan in the corner works overtime, but it doesn't always help much. We just keep going until the work is finished for the day. It’s a very local way of doing things, nothing too complicated or fancy. We just focus on getting the exports handled from our little spot in East Patel Nagar.
