Radiance Exports

Our small team at Radiance Exports works out of A-g1/42 B in Vikas Puri. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-commercial area, which gives it a nice feel. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy to get in and out. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our needs. We have some desks and a back room where we keep the samples and some of the smaller inventory. Vikas Puri is a good spot because it’s not as chaotic as the central markets, but it still has everything we need nearby. We’ve been in this specific unit for about six years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we stay so busy with the export orders. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together since the start. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a tool or just to say hello. It’s that kind of place. We handle all the shipping details and the customer queries from these desks. It’s a straightforward business without any unnecessary complications. If you’re in the area, you might miss us if you aren’t looking closely at the building numbers. We like the quiet pace here.
