Vikas Exports Ltd. is located at No. 330 in Chattarpur Mehrauli. It’s an interesting part of town with a lot of history and a lot of dust. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or leather chairs. We just have what we need to handle our export business. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and places. Some days it feels like we’re just moving papers around, but it all adds up to getting goods where they need to go. We’ve been doing this for many years now. We’ve seen the industry change quite a bit with all the new technology, but the basics are still the same. You have to be careful with the details and keep your word. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of people who show up and do the work. The area around Mehrauli is always busy, and sometimes it’s a struggle just to get to the office on time. But once we’re here, we get to it. We don't think we're better than anyone else; we just try to be reliable. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on trucks. If you want to know more about what we do, you’d probably just have to come by and see the piles of folders on our desks. It’s just a normal business doing its best. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't worry about the rest.
