Victron System

Victron System is situated on the first floor of Cb-385 on the Naraina Ring Road. If you look out the window, you see a constant stream of cars and buses going by. It’s a very busy part of Delhi. Our office is just one floor up, so we get a bit of the noise but it’s not too bad. We work on various systems and electronic components here. The space is filled with workbenches and tools. It’s not the most organized place in the world, there are usually wires and parts lying around on most surfaces. We aren't big on decorations. We have a few chairs for when people stop by to discuss a project. Mostly it is just us working through the day. We’ve been at this Naraina address for a good number of years now. The climb up the stairs is a bit steep but we are used to it. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get parathas or something from the local shops. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a small group of people who know how these systems work. Sometimes we stay late when a job is proving difficult. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it before the sun goes down and the traffic outside gets even worse.
