We are based in Shahdara, specifically over in the Chander Lok Colony at E-19. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood where everything is a bit crowded but familiar. Being an engineering company here means we are always dealing with something new. The office is where we do the planning and the math, but the real work happens out where the building is actually going up. Delhi has its own way of doing things, and we have lived here long enough to understand the rhythm. The colony is usually pretty loud with people going about their business outside. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of our projects. It is about making sure the structures are solid and the measurements are right every time. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we are mostly focused on the drawings and the site reports. Some days are long, especially when there are deadlines or things aren't going exactly as planned on a site. We take our breaks at the local tea spots nearby. It is a straightforward operation. We have a small team here and everyone knows what their job is. It isn't a flashy corporate setup with a lobby. We just handle the engineering work that needs to be done in this part of the city and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. Most of the guys have been here since the start.
