Aprotech Engineers Pvt Ltd is based in Dilshad Garden, specifically over in 214-C, Pocket-F. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded it can get, but Dilshad Garden has its own rhythm. We’ve been operating out of this pocket for a good while. The office isn't one of those high-rise buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s a more settled, older neighborhood. Every morning, we navigate the narrow lanes to get to our desks. The space inside is filled with papers, computers, and the usual clutter that comes with engineering work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the lights work and we have enough room to think, we’re happy. The tea man around the corner knows most of us by name. It’s a local way of living. We deal with the Delhi weather, the humidity, and the traffic like everyone else. There’s no corporate manual telling us how to talk to people; we just speak normally. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of technical stuff to sort out. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows. It’s just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day. No big speeches or fancy slogans needed here. We just stay busy in our corner of Pocket-F, making sure the daily work gets finished on time.
