Vasco Design Development

Vasco Design Development is located on the ground floor of number 45 in Satya Niketan. We are right by the parkside, which gives us a nice view and a bit of fresh air in the middle of Delhi 110021. Our office is a very casual and hardworking space. Because we are on the ground floor, people often just pop their heads in to ask a question or see what we are working on. We focus on both the design and the actual development of building projects. This means we spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and then figuring out how to actually get them built. We are not interested in corporate polish or sounding like a big agency. We are just a local team that knows how to put a building together. Our office is usually filled with samples of different building materials like tiles, wood, and metal. We spend a lot of time talking about costs and timelines because that is what really matters in the end. Satya Niketan is a lively area with a lot of young people and small cafes, so there is always a good vibe around here. We like being a part of this neighborhood. We don't make grand promises; we just sit down at our big wooden table and work through the plans until they are right. It is a simple, honest way to run a business.
