You can find us at 547 in Sector 23, Faridabad. This is where we base our operations for all the service work we do. It’s a bit different from a standard office because we are often out on calls, but this building is the hub for the team. Sector 23 is a pretty established part of town, so it’s easy for us to get to different industrial sites from here. The office itself is pretty plain, just some desks and a lot of files regarding the machines we service. We’re a group of engineers who mostly focus on keeping things running for our customers. When something breaks down, we’re the ones people call to get it fixed properly. It’s a lot of driving around and spending time on hot factory floors or in basement utility rooms. We don’t talk much about excellence or stuff like that; we just focus on the task at hand until it’s finished. The staff here has been together for a good bit of time, so we know each other's habits well. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually organize the toolkit. We aren't a huge multinational, just a local outfit trying to provide reliable engineering support to the area. We deal with the daily traffic of Faridabad and the usual headaches of the job, but we like the work. It’s a decent living and we’re glad to be here.
