Being near the school makes it easy for people to find us, though the road gets a bit crowded when the kids are finishing for the day. We deal with infrastructure stuff, which usually means a lot of technical details and site visits. It is not always the cleanest job but it is what we do. Our office in U.P. has been the base for quite a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the work right. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. It’s a practical way to run a business. No need for flashy logos or big advertisements. We just focus on the projects in front of us. Ghaziabad is a tough place for traffic, so we try to plan our days carefully to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is pretty basic with just enough chairs for everyone and a tiny pantry for making coffee. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking on the phone. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure materials show up on time. That's pretty much our life here on Bhatia Potteries Eroad. We hope the road gets paved better soon.
