We are based at 383/A, which is part of the Sarvodya Student's Hostel on Bank Street in Munirka. It’s an unusual spot for a tech company, being in a student hostel area, but it works for us. Munirka is always full of students and young people, so there is a lot of life on the streets. Our office is just a few rooms we’ve set up with our servers and workstations. The hallways often smell like whatever the students are cooking for lunch. Us Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the hostel life around us. Bank Street is narrow, and parking is a nightmare, so most of us take the metro or a rickshaw. Inside, the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to solve technical glitches. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a glass facade. It’s just a practical workspace in a very busy part of New Delhi. Sometimes we work late into the night, and it’s actually quieter then because the street finally settles down. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some good people who know their way around a computer. It is basic, functional, and we like the energy of the area.
