We have our main office in Block A-1, Building 6, right in the Local Shopping Center of Janak Puri West. It’s a bit different than being out at the factory because we are surrounded by shops and people buying their groceries. U.P. Concrete Products Pvt. Ltd. deals with a lot of big orders, so there is always a lot of phone calls and papers flying around. The office isn't very large, and it’s packed with folders and samples of the stuff we make. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when all the staff is in at once. We spend the day talking to engineers and contractors who need things delivered to their sites. It’s a lot of coordination. Janak Puri West is a busy area, so finding a place to park near the shopping center is always a struggle. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, and we know the other shop owners pretty well. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we get things done. We usually leave the office in the evening once the traffic dies down a bit. It’s mostly just office work, but it’s how we keep the whole operation running smoothly. We don't do anything flashy, just the daily grind and making sure the orders are correct.
