Unibild Engineering & Construction Co. Pvt Ltd

We’re based in the Anand Niketan area of New Delhi, specifically at D-9. It’s a nice part of town, and being here makes it easy for us to get around to different construction sites across the city. Unibild has been around for a while, and this office is where all the engineering and building plans get sorted out. It’s a regular house-style building that we use for our operations. We have maps and blueprints scattered all over the tables most of the time. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a working hub. People are always coming in with updates from the field or picking up supplies. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a big project is just starting. We don’t have a big HR team or a marketing wing. We just have people who know how to build things. We sit down, look at the costs, and figure out the schedules. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of checking on materials. We’ve been in this spot for years, so the locals know us pretty well. It’s just a practical place for a construction company to call home. We do our best to stay organized and get the projects finished.
