U Tech Developers Ltd is based in Dilshad Colony, Delhi. Our address is J-&/F-4. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s crowded and the streets are always full of people and vendors. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s a small place on the fourth floor. We’ve been here for quite some years. Since we are developers, we always have blueprints and maps lying around. The tables are usually covered in dust from the city, and we have stacks of folders reaching the ceiling. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have old metal cupboards for our files and the chairs are a bit squeaky. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the job done. The heat in Delhi during the summer can be brutal, so our old air conditioner works overtime. We spend a lot of time arguing over project details or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have a marketing person to make us sound important. We’re just a group of people who know how to build and develop projects. We take the metro or drive through the chaos to get here every day. It’s a tough city to work in, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the next project and try to keep things moving. It’s a plain and simple business.
