Tripathi Products Private Limited

Tripathi Products Private Limited is based out of Palam Colony, specifically over at Rzf 765/9 in Raj Nagar Part 2. This part of New Delhi is always moving. We have a modest setup here. It is mostly just rooms filled with products and a couple of desks for the billing and records. The planes from the airport pass overhead pretty often, so it can get a bit loud during the day. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of work. There’s no big shiny logo on the front or anything like that. We just have a small board so people can find us. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and making sure the quality is okay before things get packed up. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We usually wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes and sitting at a desk for a few hours. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often get tea from the little stall down the road. It feels very much like a family-run thing, even if we are technically a private limited company. We don't use any complicated software, just basic ledgers and some simple computer work to keep track of everything. It works for us. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the orders are filled and the space stays somewhat organized. There's always something to do, so we stay busy enough without needing to chase after more. We don't have a big HR team or anyone like that. We just look out for each other and keep the business moving forward as best as we can.
