Transato Overseas is located up on the seventh floor of Pearls Best Heights-1. Our office number is 701, and the building is at Plot No A-5 in Netaji Subhash Place. Pitampura is a really active area, so there’s always a lot of energy around the office building. Being on the seventh floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We handle overseas operations, so our schedule is often a bit strange to match up with different time zones. It’s a lot of logistical planning and making sure the shipping routes are all set. The office itself is pretty functional, just some desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just us answering the phones and filing the paperwork. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush. We’ve been based in North West Delhi for a while and it suits us just fine. The work is steady, though it can get stressful when a shipment is stuck somewhere. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the items get from one country to another without too much trouble. It’s just how we earn a living.
