TR Bakery Engineering

You can find TR Bakery Engineering over at C-61 in Nanhe Park. We are right near Sat Saheb School, so we hear the kids playing and the bells ringing all through the day. Even though our name has "bakery" in it, it doesn't smell like cookies or bread here. It mostly smells like metal and the stuff we use to keep the machines running smooth. We spend our time working on the equipment that other people use to bake their goods. Our shop floor is usually covered in tools and different parts that we are trying to fit together. It is not a very large place, but we make it work with what we have. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the turn-off near the school, so we end up standing out on the corner to wave them in. It’s a practical kind of job. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist to greet people. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the workspace and find one of us. We have some old wooden benches where we sit when we take a break. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floors have seen better days, but the equipment we handle is what matters to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in through the door.
