If you are coming down Dyalpur Road in Uttam Nagar, you will probably see our place at Z-75. We are Adhunik Textile, and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Being so close to the Uttam Nagar Metro Station means there is always a crowd outside, and you can hear the trains passing by every few minutes. It is a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. Inside, it is mostly rolls of fabric and various textiles taking up most of the floor space. There isn't much room for fancy furniture because the stock comes first. We spend most of our day measuring things out or talking to people who drop by. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. The building itself is an older one, and it has that specific smell of new cloth and dust. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us working here every day from morning until the shutters go down. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just keep the fans running at full speed. People know us in this part of Uttam Nagar because we have been at Z-75 long enough to be part of the furniture. We don't do things in a very formal way here. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a delivery or just sorting through the new arrivals. It is just a regular textile business trying to stay organized.
