Thrive International

Thrive International operates out of D8/6 in Model Town-III. It’s a residential neighborhood originally, so the office has that lived-in feel to it. We use the ground floor mostly for the day-to-day operations. There’s a small gate at the front and a bit of a garden that we try to keep tidy, though the delivery bikes often end up parked over the grass. Inside, it’s mostly desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with international trade, so there’s always a lot of talk about shipping schedules and customs. It gets quite loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door just opens it. The kitchen is small, but the kettle is almost always on. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we like the pace of Model Town. It’s a bit calmer than the main commercial hubs but still busy enough that you don't feel isolated. The mail arrives around noon, and that’s usually when things pick up speed. We try to keep the paperwork under control, but it has a way of spreading out across every available surface. It’s a straightforward setup. We come in, do the work, and head home when the lights in the street start coming on. Nothing too complicated about it. We even have a small stack of old newspapers in the corner that nobody ever throws away, which is just how it is here.
