Prime Tutoring

We do our tutoring work throughout New Delhi, though we don't have one single big building where we stay. Most of the time, we are traveling from one neighborhood to another to meet students at their homes or in local libraries. It’s a lot of time spent on buses or in rickshaws, navigating the city's constant traffic jams. We started this because we all had subjects we were good at and noticed that a lot of kids were struggling in school. We don't use any fancy educational jargon or complicated teaching methods. We just sit down with a student and go over their homework until they finally get it. It’s a very simple approach, but it seems to work for the families we help. Sometimes we have to work late into the evening during exam season, which can be exhausting for everyone involved. We don't have a big office with a receptionist, so we just handle all the calls and scheduling on our own phones. Most of our new students come to us through word of mouth, usually when one parent tells another about how their kid’s grades improved. We keep our prices fair because we know how expensive things in Delhi can be. It’s not a polished corporate operation; it’s just a group of people who are good at explaining things and like helping students succeed in their studies.
