Health India Nutrition Club

Health India Nutrition Club is over in Patel Nagar C P. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find. We are usually here early in the morning because that's when most people want to stop by. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with the tables and chairs we have. There is always the sound of blenders going in the background. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they're eating and how they're feeling. It gets a bit crowded around 8 AM. We have some posters on the walls and a big whiteboard where we scribbled some notes. It feels more like a hangout spot than a strict office or club. Some of us have been coming here for years, first as customers and then staying to help out. Patel Nagar has a lot of energy and we are right in the middle of it. The floor needs a good sweep every few hours because of the foot traffic. We keep a stash of glasses and spoons in the back. Sometimes the music is a bit loud but it keeps the energy up. It's a simple setup. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything. Just a place where people come to talk about health and grab a drink before they head off to their jobs or back home. It is just what we do here.
