Phi Learning Private Limited

Phi Learning Private Limited is based at Rimjhim House, 111 Patparganj Industrial Estate. We are a publishing house. This building is where we do all the editing and planning for the books we put out. We have stacks of manuscripts and papers everywhere you look. It is a bit of a maze with all the bookshelves in the hallways. We spend most of our time sitting at desks, reading through things or talking to authors on the phone. The industrial estate is a busy place, but once you step inside Rimjhim House, it is a bit quieter. We have been in this location for many years. We focus on educational materials mostly. It is not like a bookstore where people just browse. We are busy with the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes into a book. We have a small break room where we eat lunch and talk. There is always a lot of printing and shipping going on in the back of the building. Our staff is a mix of young editors and people who have been in publishing forever. We do not have a corporate vibe at all. It is just a group of people who like books and learning. The commute to Patparganj can be a bit much with the traffic, but we are used to it. We just keep producing our titles year after year. It is a solid, honest business that we take pride in doing well.
