Thermax Ltd

The office here is actually at Akhilesh Sharma’s place, House Number 13 in Phase 3B of Pant Vihar. We are up in Saharanpur, in Uttar Pradesh. It’s a quiet enough residential area, so it’s a bit different from being in a big commercial hub. Thermax Ltd has this small setup here to handle things locally. It’s more of a home-office vibe than anything else. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. It is just where the work happens for this part of the region. Being in Pant Vihar is nice because you don't have to deal with the heavy city center traffic every single morning. We just get our assignments and work through them. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we manage just fine. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the job from here and stay in touch with the main offices when we need to. Most of the people around here are neighbors who have lived in Saharanpur for years. It’s a simple arrangement, really. No frills, no corporate jargon, just a house where we happen to run the business. We keep it low key and just get through the pile of work on the desk. There’s usually a bit of gardening happening nearby.
