Our spot is F-3 in Palika Niketan, over in Sector 10 of R.K. Puram. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and being here makes sense for what we do at Larsen And Toubro Ltd. The area is mostly residential and government housing, so it’s not as crazy as the big commercial hubs, which we definitely appreciate. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and desks. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s not the kind of place with a big glowing sign out front. We just have our name on the door. Most of our day is spent handling local logistics and keeping things moving. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. We’re just regular people working hard. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical Delhi heat or the monsoon rain leaking a bit near the window. It’s all part of the experience. We grab tea from the stall nearby and chat with the other people working in the sector. It’s a very local feel for such a big company name. We just focus on our daily list and try to get home on time. It’s an honest day's work in a quiet corner of the city, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep at it and see what tomorrow brings.
