Larsen & Toubro Ltd - Ecc Division

We are located at 21, Vrindavan Apartments in New Delhi. It’s an interesting spot because it’s an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. This is the base for our ECC Division in the city. Since we are in Delhi, there is always a lot of energy and noise around, but inside the apartment, we keep things focused. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or a glass front. It’s just a regular door that we open every morning. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the engineering and construction coordination that comes through this office. Most of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer, tracking projects and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s a busy life in the capital, and we are just one small part of it. We value the fact that our workspace is simple and honest. If you come by, we might be in the middle of a messy project plan or a stack of invoices, but that’s just how we work. It’s a real place with real people doing their best.
