Lanco Infratech Ltd.

We are based out of Quarter No. 163 in Sector 5 of R.K. Puram. It is one of the older parts of New Delhi, but it is a solid location for our team to work from. The building itself is not anything special to look at, just a standard government-style block that has been around for years. Lanco Infratech Ltd. uses it for our infrastructure operations and general office work. It feels more like a home that was turned into an office, which makes it a bit more comfortable than those cold glass towers you see in the city center. We have files stacked up on shelves because we have a lot of different projects on the go at once. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads nearby. There are plenty of trees around which is really nice when the heat starts to pick up in the summer. We have been here for a long time and the people living around here know who we are. Usually, we are just busy with our spreadsheets and site reports. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage to make it work. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we fix it and just keep moving on. It is a steady place.
