The Muse

You can find The Muse at F-117, House Number 13, in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi, 110016. This area is always packed with people, mostly students and people working nearby, so there is a lot of energy all the time. Our place is tucked away in one of the many buildings here. We handle hospitality and guest services, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until night. The office is a bit small and we have a lot of stuff packed into it—desks, computers, and files for all the guests we look after. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. It’s a working office where things are a bit messy but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of our time on the phone or answering emails. Sometimes we have people dropping in to ask about rooms or services, and we just pull up a chair for them. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure our guests are okay. The neighborhood is great because everything is close by, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache. We’ve been here for a good while and we feel like we belong in Katwaria Sarai. It’s just a few of us working hard to keep things running smoothly in this busy corner of Delhi. We get the job done.
