The Adarsh School

The Adarsh School is located right across from the furniture block in Kirti Nagar. We've been around the neighborhood for a while now, so most people know where to find us. It’s a pretty busy area with all the shops and trucks moving furniture all day, but we manage just fine. The school building is simple and practical, without any of those fancy modern glass walls. We focus on the daily routine and making sure the students get through their lessons. Our classrooms are a decent size, and we keep them tidy enough for the kids to work. The staff mostly lives around here, so we’re all part of the same community. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, especially during the middle of the day, but you get used to it. We have a small space where the students can stand during their breaks, but it’s not a huge park or anything. Most of the parents work in the nearby blocks or at the markets. We don’t have a big office or a bunch of managers. It’s just us teachers and the kids. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it has worked for us for years. We just try to keep things grounded and make sure the children are actually learning what is in their books. That's our day every day.
