We are located over at 14/18 in Shakti Nagar. We’ve been involved in the food business for quite a while now. Our building isn't huge or anything, but it's enough space for what we do on a daily basis. Dealing with food means we are always busy with something or other, whether it's checking supplies or talking to drivers. There’s a lot of checking and re-checking involved to make sure things are right. We have a few delivery trucks that come in and out during the day. Shakti Nagar is a good place to be based. It's not too far from where our main suppliers are located. We started out a long time ago with just a couple of products and then slowly expanded a bit over the years. It wasn't anything that was planned out in a big board room with fancy charts. We just saw what people were asking for and tried our best to provide it. The staff here are mostly locals from the neighborhood who have been with us for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy machinery; it's mostly hands-on work in the back. Sometimes things get really hectic, especially right before the major holidays. But usually, it’s just a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. We don't spend money on big ads. We figure if the food is decent, people will come back. That's really all there is to it for us. It works well.
