Aarambh Play School

Aarambh Play School is over at No. 41-42 in the Bd Estate on Lucknow Road. We are in Timar Pur, quite close to the Delhi University Metro Station. You can usually hear the trains if it’s quiet enough. It’s a busy part of the city. We have a couple of rooms where the kids stay during the day. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work with what we have. Most of our day is spent making sure the kids are safe and having something to do. We don't have any big brochures or a sales team. It's just a local play school. People find us because they get off the metro or they live in the estate. We have some old posters on the walls and a few cubbies for bags. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, and we have to call the guy from down the street to fix it. That’s just life in an old building. We drink a lot of chai in the small kitchen area. We’ve got some toys that have seen better days, but the kids don’t mind. We try to keep the place as tidy as possible, but with toddlers, it’s a bit of a losing battle. It’s a real place with real people working here. No fancy titles or corporate talk, just us doing our jobs every day in Timar Pur. We are here from early morning until the last parent comes.
