Tecnia Institure Of Advance Studies is based in New Delhi, over in Janak Puri. You can find us at C1/122, and we are located on the 3rd floor. Being up on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just the tops of other buildings and some trees. Janak Puri is a busy area, and the 110058 pin code area always has people moving around. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. There’s no elevator, so we all get our exercise walking up those stairs every day. It’s a bit of a climb, especially in the summer heat. Once you get inside C1/122, it’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place for learning and working. Sometimes it gets a little noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been in this Janak Puri spot for a while now. The 3rd-floor location keeps us a bit separated from the street-level chaos, which is nice. We like the local vibe here. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we grab a quick snack or a hot tea. It’s just a regular, practical space in New Delhi where Tecnia Institure Of Advance Studies operates without any unnecessary fuss or flashiness. We appreciate the simplicity of our Janak Puri base.
