Aakansha Publice College

Aakansha Publice College is over at D 117 in Fateh Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, and the college building fits right in with the other structures on the street. It’s not one of those huge campuses you see in brochures with miles of grass. It’s a practical building where students come to get their classes done. Inside, the hallways are usually full of people rushing to get to their next lecture or standing around talking during their breaks. The classrooms at D 117 have the usual desks and chairs, some of them a bit old, but they work fine. We spend a lot of time organizing the schedules and making sure there are enough books in the small library area. It gets quite loud in the mornings when everyone is arriving, and then it settles down into a sort of hum while the teaching is happening. We have a small office where we handle the admissions and all the paperwork that comes with running a college. The staff here are just regular people from around the area. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to make sure the building is open on time and the students have what they need for their exams. Fateh Nagar is a lively place to be, and being right there in the middle of it makes the days go by pretty fast. It is a busy life for all of us.
