99 The Basic Education Institute

Our place, 99 The Basic Education Institute, is located at 9/278 in Trilok Puri, right in the middle of the commercial area. It’s a busy spot, surrounded by other shops and people going about their business. The building isn't new, and you can tell it's seen a lot of use over the years, but it has a certain character. We focus on the basics here, mostly teaching things that people can actually use in their daily lives or for finding work. The rooms aren't huge, so when a class is full, it gets quite warm, and we have to keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the alleyways. You can always hear the sound of the market outside—honking cars, people shouting, the usual Trilok Puri noise. It’s a good location though, because it's easy for anyone in the commercial place to find us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny furniture. Most of our desks are a bit older, and the floor has some scuffs, but it’s a place for work and learning. We usually arrive early to sweep up and get the registers ready. It’s just a regular local institute where we try to help out the neighbors with their education. People know they can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here most days.
