Our office is located in Okhla Industrial Estate, right in Phase I at A-243. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity and trucks moving around outside. We focus on the management side of running a school. It's not about teaching the kids, but more about how the buildings and the staff are organized. We get a lot of people coming in who are looking to understand the paperwork and the daily operations better. The space we have here is functional. We have some meeting rooms and a lot of files. Most of our work involves sitting down with school administrators and going over how to keep things running smoothly. It gets a bit dusty being in this part of town, but we’ve been here for a good while now. You’ll find us easily enough once you get into the estate. We usually have tea going in the afternoons for anyone visiting. It’s a straightforward operation. No big frills or anything like that. We just try to help people figure out the logistical side of education. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quiet, depending on the school term. We deal with the stuff that happens behind the scenes, like schedules and staff management. If you’re looking for the academic side, that’s not really what we do here. We’re more about the bricks and mortar and the systems that hold a school together. It’s a small team here, just three or four of us mostly.
