Technip Kt India Ltd is based over in Mithila Vihar, specifically at 135, which is right across from Sector -62, Noida. Technically our address is in Ghaziabad, UP, but we are right on that border where everything starts to blend together. It’s a busy area to be in. We have a lot of people who commute from all over Delhi and the NCR to get here every morning. The office is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we get things done. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the tasks and try to find the most practical way to finish them. There is a lot of back-and-forth between the team members. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a project, but we always figure it out. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick bite, which is good because we often work through lunch. We are just a bunch of regular employees trying to keep up with the workload. There isn't any grand philosophy behind it. We just show up and put in the effort until the day is done. That’s really all there is to our story here in Ghaziabad. We just keep our heads down and work.
