Technical Assistant

We are based in the Rita Block of Shakarpur, over in Delhi 92. It’s at address R-27. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and busy Shakarpur can be. Our little spot is right in the middle of it. We provide technical assistance to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a small space, filled with tools, cables, and various pieces of hardware waiting to be looked at. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do the work. We’ve been in this location for a good while, helping the locals and small businesses nearby with their tech problems. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic and the markets, but we stay busy inside. We don't spend money on ads or big signs. Most people find us because they live in the block or heard about us from someone else. We keep things simple. We look at the problem, we try to fix it, and we give it back. There’s no corporate talk or complicated jargon here. We just use plain English and tell you what’s going on with your stuff. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of repairs stacked up, but we manage. That’s just life in Delhi. We keep our doors open and just take it one job at a time.
