Even though our name says Taikisha Engg India Ltd Gurgaon, this specific office is right in the heart of Madhya Pradesh. Lashkar is a busy part of the city, and being near the bridge means there is always something going on outside. The office itself is quite plain, focusing on the work rather than looking fancy. We handle various engineering tasks from this spot, and the staff here is mostly local people who know the city well. Gwalior has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to the local rhythms. It gets quite hot in the summers, and the streets around Lohaghar can get crowded, but that’s just how it is. We spend our days dealing with technical plans and coordinating with other sites. We don't really use any fancy corporate words around the office; we just talk like regular people trying to get a job done. Most of the folks who come by are either working with us on a project or are suppliers from around the area. It is a practical workspace with old desks and the usual office clutter of files and maps.
