Synthesis Winding Technology Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-4, Community Centre in Naraina Vihar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because it’s a community center area, so there is always a mix of people around. We have a modest office space where we handle our winding technology work. It isn't a massive factory, but we have enough room to get the job done properly. The morning commute into Naraina Vihar can be a bit of a headache with the local traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. Inside, it’s mostly desks, some specialized equipment, and plenty of paperwork. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long emails. Usually, we just talk across the room to figure out what needs to happen next. There are a few tea stalls nearby where we usually take our breaks. It’s a quiet enough place to focus, even if the building itself is older. We’ve been here for quite a while now, and we know the other business owners in the block. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty brochures. We just do the technical work we are familiar with and keep things simple. It works for us. Our team just focuses on the daily schedule and getting things done right.
