Swiss Alimenti Private Limited is located on the first floor of BMC House, which is at 66 Shardhanand Marg. This part of North East Delhi is always humming with activity, especially around the 110006 area. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the main decisions happen for our food business. We’ve been in this building for some time and have gotten used to the stairs and the general vibe of the neighborhood. Dealing with food products requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking to transporters. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. We’re usually in comfortable clothes because there’s always some physical work to be done alongside the desk work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with making sure our orders are handled correctly. Shardhanand Marg can be quite a crowded street, so getting things delivered requires some planning. We like the grit and the reality of working in this part of Delhi. It’s a practical place for a company like ours to grow. We don’t have a marketing department to write nice things about us, we just have ourselves and the work we do every Monday through Saturday. It’s a decent living and we take it one day at a time without any fuss.
