Swastik Coaching Centre

You can find us in the basement of Bhandari House, right in the middle of Mukherjee Nagar. Swastik Coaching Centre isn't some massive chain with hundreds of branches. We are just here in these rooms, teaching students who are trying to clear their exams. This area is always full of students carrying heavy bags and looking stressed, so we try to keep our place a bit more grounded. The basement stays cool in the summer, which is a blessing when you have twenty people in a room. We started with just a few benches and a whiteboard. Now we have a bit more, but the goal is the same. We don't promise miracles or use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about sitting down and going through the syllabus page by page. Sometimes we stay late to finish a chapter, and other times we just drink tea and talk about how the preparation is going. The walls are covered with notes and schedules, and there’s always a stack of papers waiting to be marked. It feels like a second home to a lot of the kids who come here. Mukherjee Nagar is a competitive place, but we try to keep the atmosphere here a bit more relaxed so people can actually learn. We’ve been at A-35/36 for a while now, and we plan to stay right here, helping out whoever walks down those stairs. We even keep some extra pens for those who always forget theirs.
