If you ever find yourself in the Ranjeet Nagar Commercial Complex, you might see our sign for Sunflag Chemicals at 102, Himland House. It’s a typical Delhi office building, always busy and a bit crowded. There’s always someone coming or going in the hallways. Our office is where the planning happens. We deal with industrial chemicals, which means a lot of safety sheets, permits, and coordination with transport companies. The desk space is usually covered in papers and sample bottles. It’s a lot of sitting and making calls, followed by quick trips to see how the stock is moving. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know the other business owners around the floor. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or from one of the stalls nearby. The traffic in this part of town is a nightmare, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the roads get choked. It’s a high-energy environment but not in a polished way—more in a frantic, getting-things-done way. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you see people working and boxes waiting to be moved. It’s just how we operate. We stay focused on the chemicals and making sure the orders are filled correctly without any fuss or extra complications for anyone involved.
