Our place, Jaysynth Dyestuff India Ltd., is tucked away in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. Being at 7/16, we are right in the middle of all the other factories and warehouses. It’s a noisy area, but that’s just how industrial zones are. We’ve been here for years, dealing with dyestuffs and all the messy work that comes with it. The building is old but sturdy. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy working. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time and they know the business inside out. We just get on with things. Sometimes the trucks have trouble navigating the narrow lanes around here, but they always manage to get to our gate eventually. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone loading crates or checking papers. We focus on the product and getting it out to the people who need it. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but it’s what we do. We don't make big promises, we just try to be consistent with our output. The industrial area has its own rhythm and we’ve become a part of it over the decades. It's not a glamorous job, but it's steady and keeps us going. Just look for our number on the gate and someone will be around.
