Our place is over in the DLF building, taking up spots 645, 646, and 647 on Shivaji Marg. We are right near Tagore Market in Moti Nagar, which is usually crowded with people and carts moving around. Being in a big building like this means there’s always something going on in the hallways. We deal with dyes and chemicals, so our space usually has that faint smell of industrial supplies. It’s not a shiny office. We have shelves packed with samples and ledgers that have seen better days. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, but nobody has gotten around to calling the electrician yet. We spend our days talking to painters, textile guys, and factory owners who need specific colors. Some of the guys have been working here since before the metro was even a thought. Lunch is usually eaten at the desks while we talk about the cricket scores or the traffic on the way in. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. People know where to find us if they need dye. We just open the shutters, handle the orders, and keep the business moving. It’s honest work and keeps us busy enough that the days go by pretty fast.
