Jiya Creations

We've been at the ground floor spot here in Subhash Nagar for a good while now. Jiya Creations started out small, mostly just a few tables and some sewing machines we picked up over time. It gets a bit crowded in here when we have a lot of orders piled up, but we manage. Most days it’s just us working through the piles of fabric and making sure everything looks right before it goes out the door. The lighting isn't the greatest in some corners of No. 4/247, but we know where everything is. People sometimes stop by just to ask directions or see what we’re making today. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the street coming in. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the thread colors get mixed up on the shelves, and we spend half the morning sorting them back out. It’s just how things go when you’re busy. We try to keep things moving. Subhash Nagar has a lot of little shops like ours, and we’re just one of them doing our thing day in and day out. If you walk past the ground floor, you’ll probably hear the machines humming away. It’s nothing special, just a place where we put in the hours and try to keep up with the work.
