We are located at Pocket 8 A Plot No. 1 near Manav Chowk in Rohini which is a decent area though the commute can be a nightmare some days. Strategic Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while and we have a small office that usually has more people in it than it was designed for. We deal with a lot of overseas coordination and it feels like the phone never stops ringing once it starts in the morning. We have piles of folders on every available surface and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you are looking for. The air conditioner hums in the background and we just get on with the emails and the logistics. Rohini is quite far out for some people but it works for us and we have everything we need nearby. We aren't a big company with thousands of employees just a handful of us trying to make sure the exports go through without getting stuck at a port somewhere. Sometimes we have lunch together at the desk and talk about anything other than work just to have a break. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the orders right and make sure everyone gets paid on time. It is a simple way of doing things but it has served us well so far.
